What Is The Problem?

When something goes wrong we definitely get angry and this is what the problem is. Here, we are not stopping you from suppressing your anger, juts exaggeration needs to be stopped especially when life problems are involved because it will just lead you to depression and overthinking. Exaggeration increases anger which makes matters worse. Because of this you won`t be able to think of any solution leading to more problems and pressure. To avoid all this complexity you need to control your mind but then this again doesn`t mean to suppress your anger or try to do so resulting in speaking with gritted teeth making the situation worst.

So, all you can do is throw the anger, relax (it is tough though it is fun in doing tough things) and ponder upon the problem to get the solution not to think about situations that won`t even happen in your entire life. You can also write the problem on a paper and think about the possible solutions and note them down and choose the most appropriate one and this actually helps! This won`t be possible in one go but since practice makes one perfect, you will be able to achieve this process and will see many good changes in your life and will also see it getting better.
To conclude all So, all you can do problem`s`s root cause is anger. Blood Pressure, stress is caused only because of your anger, because you sit and exaggerate the problem and make your environment depressing instead of thinking about the solution. So, now it our humble request that don`t exaggerate the problem, find the solution.
