HOLD ON OR LET GO?

We are torn apart between letting go and holding on. Today, the toughest choice to make is between both these options. Mind might say to let go but heart might say to hold on and the body won`t know whom to listen. Making a choice should be done on the basis if the pain is worth it.

You need to let go things or people for that matter if the pain, the wait is not worth it. Let them go if you don`t have any hopes from them. Let go things which bring you sufferings, let go of people who hurt you and don`t love. It is as difficult as easy it sounds but when you free yourselves from the negativity you find yourself living again.

Now, about holding on - one should on to those things which bring happiness, hold on to these things which bring happiness, hold on to the people who support you. Don`t hold onto things which create negativity in your life or make you feel bad about

yourself. Hold onto the thought that whoever you`re, are a good person and can do whatever you feel like.

For instance - Don`t hold onto a person who doesn`t care about you, who doesn`t love you back, you have to move on, you can`t be stuck there forever, when you lose something you also gain something. Lose a person who isn`t with you when required and you will gain the strength to do things on your own and be independent.

Don`t let go people who love you, don`t let go of thoughts which keep you going.

Stay strong and fight the world when required. Some will stay, some will go and accordingly you have to live your live. In short, go with the flow.
